The drama is based on the hit webtoon “True Beauty” written by Yaongyi. Fans of the webtoon have noticed that she posted on her Instagram about falling for SeoJun in the drama.
In her Instagram story (@meow91__), she said: "After watching episode 8, I've become Team SeoJun. I've fallen for him really Ha... Is it because he is sexy and yet sweet?!"

She also made another post about episode 8 when SeoJun wipes JuGyeong's tears. "Because JuGyeong is crying, this sweet guy is saying sorry for everything without knowing the reason."
