The journey to success that BTS were able to embark on is no ordinary tale that can be told by their peers. It has shattered the notion that K-Pop isn't able to find mainstream success within the US music market, and sparked a phenomenon that has written unprecedented history in K-Pop.
Just recently, the Big Hit Entertainment idol group who are currently on their world tour, performed at Citi Field, home of the baseball team New York Mets.
As expected, BTS put on a spectacular show for around three hours, evoking cheers and sheer wild joy from their legions of fans that packed the stadium.
Leader of the group RM, spoke on behalf of the group and revealed to fans what he gained from his journey to super stardom. He first thanked fans for making it possible for the group to perform at one of the largest stadiums within the US. After he stated that he finally learned to love himself for who he is because the fans taught him how to do it. He encouraged fans to do the same to themselves.
BTS is reportedly heading to Europe once they finish their performances in the US.
