Which Drama Top Ratings: “Suits” Or “Switch”?
Korean and international viewers might have different tastes but those two Wednesday-Thursday dramas of the same time slot (10 pm Korean time) seem to be popular for both. It is “Suits” and “Switch”.
“Suits” started to air on April 25th with Park HyungSik and Jang DongGun, a bromance between two lawyers. “Switch” started to air on March 28th with Jang GeunSuk and Han YeRi, a conman and a prosecutor that are trying to arrest drug traffickers. It was previously reported that “Switch” was first on April 5th. But that was before the beginning of “Suits”!
According to Nielsen Korea, on May 10th, KBS “Suits” was first with 7.9% (6th episode) and SBS “Switch” was second with 5.9% and 7.2% (27-28th episode). On May 9th, the difference was bigger. KBS “Suits” was first with 8.9% (5th episode) and SBS “Switch” was second with 4.7% and 5.9% (25-26th episode).
“Switch” episodes are of 35 minutes and 2 episodes per day. This drama is also close to the end.
