YG Entertainment will be debuting a new girl group in the later half of 2020.
According to the report by Korean media, SPOTV News, they mentioned on Feb. 27 that YG Entertainment is not only currently preparing to release a new track for BLACKPINKbut they are also working towards debuting a new girl group in the later half of 2020.
It seemed as if YG Entertainment is trying to hint to many that they will be debuting 'rookie monsters' at the second half of 2020.

Later, YG Entertainment released a statement saying that it is indeed true that they are preparing for a new girl group. However, they are currently focusing more on BLACKPINK's comeback as well as WINNER's new album.
More information about the new girl group will be released in the future.
