YG Reportedly Launching New Survival Program After “Treasure Box” For Female Trainees
On December 13th, it was reported that YG Entertainment will be opening its ‘treasure box’ once more as they have plans to launch a new girl group.
Recently, it is known that YG is currently undergoing “YG Treasure Box” which is the survival program for a new boy group. Through such similar programs in the past, idol groups such as BIGBANG, WINNER and iKON were successfully made. It is revealed that the future survival program is going to have similar patterns too.
According to an insider, it is said that the new survival program would most probably take place between January and February 2019. After the current “YG Treasure Box” comes to an end, the next survival program is going to start.
Just like how “YG Treasure Box” is aired, the new program is going to be broadcast through V-Live, Naver TV as well as other online platforms.
With the news being released, netizens did not appear to have reacted positively.
They were commenting on how YG should pay more attention on BLACKPINK and other solo artists such as Lee Hi and CL before debuting a new group again.
