After being summoned by the South Korean police on April 23rd and 24th, Yoo InSuk, one of the people involved in former BIGBANG member SeungRi's scandal seems to have given in to the police's pressure during a questioning session.

Yoo gave a statement that incriminates SeungRi for soliciting prostitutes for Japanese businessmen back in 2015.

He stated:

"SeungRi hired prostitutes and paid them to entertain Japanese businessmen back in 2015."

The police have also obtained evidence of SeungRi's financial transactions, showing that he used around $25,000 to hire the prostitutes to entertain the businessmen in a five star hotel in Seoul, South Korea.

There have been reports that the card that SeungRi used to hire the prostitutes was actually YG Entertainment's company card, but the agency has been denying that their card has been used for such purposes and claims that SeungRi paid for the expenses on his own.

At the moment, seventeen women have been booked on charges of prostitution, and the majority of them have admitted to the charge.

Stay tuned for updates!

Hmm, but is the prostitution thing really that bad..? I mean, besides the ones who were drugged and raped by JJY, I don't see the problem. They're prostitutes, they get PAID to do what they do and they were.
I really just don't know how to feel, but at least things are starting to come clean.

I get your opinion, but to say to all that, it's literally not our problem if people decide to go out and do stupid shit, even if they know the consequences. Let them learn the hard way if they didn't want to listen in the first place.

I'm still against prostitution. If someone wants to make easy money, do we have to allow them? Do you really think it doesn't hurt anybody? There are danger of transmitting sexual desease, unexpected pregnancy and abortion (condom is not 100% realiable). Some customers of prostitution could be married and it's a betrayal against his spouse. There are some cases the wife got contracted sexual desease from the husband who visit prostitutes. When the wife is pregnant, even the baby could be infected. There is no way you can say that prostitution doesn't hurt anybody. The one who is hurted the… Read more »

So, you don't think that women prostitute because they simply want to? It's nobody's fault that they want to get sex as much as they can to be satisfied, or even make money. I know it doesn't look good, but what can you really do if that's what they want to do? If they enjoy it, then who's it hurting? Believe me, forced prostitution is definitely NOT okay and should never happen, but the women who have the incentive to go out and do so aren't being forced to. There's a difference. Men and women simply need to see that… Read more »

You know you really shouldn't say this. Prostitution should be eliminated. It's degradation to women's value. Most of all, it serves as legitimation of men's supremacy against women. If it was allowed, men will continue to think it's right. Then a lot of women will become preys to men's sexual urge. Did you know that there are a lot of women who are sold as prostitutes or forced to be prostitutes against their will. Eliminating prostitution should not stop just by arresting the prostitutes but people who request and provide the service as well. Bring down all of them including… Read more »
