        Calvin Klein

From velvety vocals to an irresistible charm, BTS's JungKook is an unforgettable idol who has made his mark on the world. He has proven time and time again why he is known to have one of the best vocals in the industry. From his memorable lines, appearances on programs such as “Masked Singer”, and soloist activities, JungKook has always managed to blow us away. Even during his pre-debut days, many companies wanted to sign him due to his amazing singing abilities from his "Superstar K audition."

While many may know the singer because of BTS and his most recent single, 'Seven', JungKook has always stood out from the crowd with his singing. One of the most notable facts about JungKook is that he did many covers during BTS’s earlier years as a group. He covered many songs from singers like Charlie Puth and Justin Bieber. Not only does he have his latest song, but he also has many solo songs that are in BTS’s albums.

Check out 7 unforgettable covers and solos by BTS’s golden maknae, JungKook.

        1. ‘Euphoria’

From vibrant visuals, a nostalgic sense of youth, and angelic vocals, JungKook has made ‘Euphoria’ one of his most well-known songs. Not only is his singing beautiful but the lyrics talk about the joy of love and companionship. This was a perfect fit for the “Love Yourself: Answer” album released by BTS in 2018. Whether you know the song for JungKook’s aerial performance, the beautiful singing, or even the comedic fan-made fan chant, it’s clear as day that ‘Euphoria’ will be a song remembered by ARMY forever.

        2. ‘Paper Hearts’ Cover (Original by Tori Kelly)

One of his older covers, ‘Paper Hearts’ by Tori Kelly was a fantastic choice to truly show off JungKook’s beautiful vocals. Putting his spin on the song, JungKook covered this song and was even praised by the original artist for how well he executed the song. With a soothing voice that could bring tears to your eyes, JungKook managed to pull the heartstrings of many fans with this cover. If you thought you couldn’t love his singing anymore, this song will make you fall even harder for his singing skills.

        3. ‘My Time’

Who could forget the suave, sensual, red outfit JungKook sported for this performance? ‘My Time’ showed a slower, somber sound to JungKook’s vocals. ‘My Time’ talks about JungKook’s feelings from his trainee days and how it seems like he has no time to enjoy things people his age get to enjoy. Although the lyrics are full of his regrets, his performance shows off just how talented he is. The end of the song left a remarkable impression on people as JungKook pulled off an impressive vocal run. From his breathtaking performance and impeccable vocals, ‘My Time’ reminded everyone why JungKook gets praised so often.

        4. ‘Begin’

His first official solo song on a BTS album and one that showcased his immense love for his older brothers, ‘Begin’ was a fun, energetic EDM song. ‘Begin’ showed just how much love JungKook holds for his members and accompanied it with an energetic dance performance. You can feel the power in his singing as he manages to keep his energy high throughout the performance. This was only the beginning of his solo songs on BTS’s albums.

        5. ‘Still With You’

A song so beautiful it belongs in a K-Drama, ‘Still With You’ is a song for all the hopeless romantics in the world. The song talks about missing someone and longing to be with this person. The R&B, jazzy instrumental suits JungKook’s vocals well, and it's almost like he is hypnotizing fans with his voice. This song was for BTS’s anniversary celebration named Festa and is probably one of his most iconic anniversary songs.

        6. ‘Ending Scene’ Cover (Original by IU)

We can tell JungKook enjoyed this cover because it was a song by none other than his idol, IU! JungKook’s voice suits ballads and this cover proved this point even more. JungKook emulated the perfect emotions for this song as it talks about moving on from someone that you loved in the past. He has many more unofficial releases of IU’s songs like ‘Knees’ and ‘Lost Child’ that we can only hope he releases as official covers in the future.

        7. ‘Seven’
