BTS member and solo artist JungKook has been surprising fans with solo performances, projects, behind the scene documentaries, fashion shows, ad campaigns, modelling and more so far this 2023. With the recent announcement from NetMarble regarding the closure of BTS World, and with the winter upcoming, it means that a lot of people are staying indoors or beginning to look for fun activities to do with friends, or to connect with online friends. 

One of the most popular ways to do this is by going online and being interested in multiplayer games that are often played on numerous casual gamers all around the world. 

Within this article, we will dig a little into the past (2020) and the present, for those individuals turning to BTS and JungKook for ideas on games, or those looking for something new to play that they may not have thought of before. 

BTS member and solo artist, cinematographer, painter, model and brand ambassador JungKook is known for his love of gaming and is often referred to lovingly by ARMYs as an inspiration to get into the hobby. He is often referred and known to play FPS (First Person Shooter) Games such as Overwatch, Pyke, Teamfight Tactics, and StarCraft. He even mentioned Overwatch in a tweet back in 2019! 

On another note, Jin also played the Horror Game "Death Trips" in an episode of "Run BTS".

No matter what game genre you are interested in trying, there is so much to choose from! There are even streaming platforms or gaming videos to watch. In different variety programs like "BTS In The Soop" and "Run BTS", fans can find the games BTS and JungKook enjoys.

In "Run BTS" episode 114, the BTS members went up against one of the most popular teams T1, a South Korean team owned by SK Telecom CS T1 Co. Ltd., a Joint Venture according to the esports website. 

Throughout the episode, the BTS members would go against the said team in numerous games and genres: 

- Gang Beasts (An indie multiplayer game fun to play with friends with silly characters and is sometimes referred to as Simulation, Casual, Adventure and Action genres). 

- Fall Guys (Another great choice to play with friends. This multiplayer game is a battle royal game that allows up to 40 players, and is available across numerous platforms and consoles). 

- League of Legends (A very popular multiplayer game that is often referred to purely as 'League' or 'LOL'. The game itself is an online battle arena video game that includes different lanes. Players often specialize in certain characters, skills and lane sets and work in teams).
