SEVENTEEN's DK Has Officially Been Named Bally's New Global Ambassador

SEVENTEEN's Lee SeokMin (DK) is the main vocalist within the thirteen member boy group that is SEVENTEEN. The artist surprised and delighted many fans across the globe with a new announcement, sharing various photos on his official instagram @dk_is_dokyeom.

According to Bally's official website, the brand itself is a Swiss Luxury Brand established back in 1851 and founded by Carl Franz Bally. His family ran a ribbon factory in Schönenwerd before it quickly became a global brand by the turn of the century, as the company industrialized its processes in 1854. The brand focuses the most on craftsmanship, innovation, creativity, collaboration, community, and environment. 

The brand itself and their CEO, Nicolas Girotto, stated the reasoning for choosing DK. They expressed, "We're thrilled to have versatile artist DK from iconic group SEVENTEEN as our new global ambassador. His trendy style and warm personality perfectly fit with Bally's core values." 

DK himself would later state, "It's a huge honor to become Bally's global ambassador. I look forward to showcasing Bally's artistry, excellence, and passion with my future activities."

Previously, DK was featured alongside his fellow member WonWoo on the Japanese Magazine "NON NO".

SEVENTEEN also recently announced their 11th mini album "SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN" and will be the follow up to their other works released in 2023. This includes "SEVENTEEN 10th Mini Album 'FML'", collaboration with New Kids On The Block for 'Dirty Dancing (Dem Jointz Remix)', and Bro & Marble OST Part 2 featuring SEVENTEEN members Joshua and Hoshi.
