The 4-member band The Rose, who debuted originally underneath J&STAR Company on August 3, 2017 with the popular and trendy song 'Sorry' later announced in 2020 that they have filed a lawsuit before creating their own self made label WindFall in 2022. 

They previously performed during their tour and during promotions for their latest 10 track, 2022 album "HEAL" which offered various comfort and healing for many fans (Black Roses). The song 'Back To Me' will finally be released and featured on the album "DUAL" after being teased and performed during "Lollapalooza" and "Montreux Jazz Festival." Many fans talked about their excitement and love for the track after releasing videos about the song, sparking even more curiosity than before. 

On July 17, 2023, many fans took with excitement the announcement of The Rose's first album of 2023 by officially supporting the song on official streaming platforms by The Rose, instead of streaming fan made videos of the song.
