Lee EunSang (EunSang) was born on October 26th, 2002, in Jeju (South Korea) but moved to Busan with his family when he was 2 years old. With his dream to debut, he participated in the Mnet’s reality show "PRODUCE X 101" and debuted in the group X1 on August 27th, 2019, in the X position on the finale line-up. The group closed its activities in January 2020, and after that, EunSang debuted as an actor in the MV 29th February by 'As One'. He continued his career as an actor and a solo singer during 2020 and 2021. After that, he joined YOUNITE for his new group debut, which happened in April 2022. Even at a young age, EunSang became the group leader and a support to his members who had just entered the industry, having a calm and collected approach that suited his personality.

Nam DoHyon:

EunSang was always the younger son and the younger trainee in his company (BRANDNEW MUSIC) until the X1 formation. Lee debuted with Nam DoHyon, the group maknae born in 2004. DoHyon said in his livestream in September 2022 that he doesn't have many friends, so most of the time, he does a video call with EunSang, sometimes until one of them falls asleep. When he goes alone to a convenience store, he usually calls EunSang to accompany him.

DoHyon said that EunSang hyung is cool and reliable, always listening and taking care of him. DoHyon also said that when they met during the 'DaSH' and 'Aviator' promotions, EunSang bought drinks for all the BAE173 members and staff.

Besides saying that EunSang is very nice, DoHyon affirmed that EunSang is his closest hyung, and the BAE173 members (the actual DoHyon group) know about this. Even when they are busy, they are always in contact.

On DoHyon's 15th birthday, X1 promoted in Thailand, and EunSang, who shared the room with the younger, cooked pasta and baked cookies as a gift for DoHyon, taking care of him. DoHyon said that EunSang cooked well!

Keum DongHyun and EPEX:

Keum (Keum DongHyun) participated in "PRODUCE X 101" with EunSang, but they didn't seem very close at the time. However, this changed in 2021 when Keum, a member of EPEX, started mentioning Lee in his PMs and fansigns, always supporting his hyung's releases and promotions and saying how much he missed EunSang. They started to meet up more frequently.

On May 10th, 2022, EPEX members Mu, Keum, and Wish did a livestream where fans asked about EunSang. MU said that they had been promoted at the same time for a long time, so Keum asked if his friends could chat with Lee. Mu said that EunSang bought drinks for the EPEX members, and after that, they gradually became closer.

The next day, EunSang was asked about what happened on the EPEX live, and he said that he sent the drinks to encourage his dongsaengs to not give up and to stay strong.

During the ISAC recording, EunSang seemed to be very close to BaekSeung, YeWang, and Ayden, and spent a lot of time chatting with the EPEX members.

On September 7th, 2022, EunSang sent a coffee truck to Keum's recording session with EunSang’s friend Kim SiHun. Keum posted a photo of the truck on social media with the caption:

AB6IX and BDC:

EunSang has a close relationship with the members of BDC and AB6IX, particularly Jeon Woong, who he trained with alongside the BDC members.

During their trainee days, the five boys set up tents in the practice room to sleep and wake up at dawn to train. Additionally, after monthly evaluations, they went to karaoke where EunSang would rap and Woong found it funny.

Woong is known among EunSang's fans as EunSang's father in BRANDNEW MUSIC.

Since EunSang returned to BRANDNEW MUSIC after X1 disbanded, Woong has always mentioned EunSang in his private messages and referred to him as a son that the world gave him. On August 30th, 2021, a fan asked if it was good to be close to EunSang and if their personalities were opposite. Woong responded that he would raise EunSang as if he were his own son, teaching him to dance and emphasizing that he raised him, although EunSang didn't feel the same way. The next day, during his solo debut anniversary live, EunSang finally called Woong his father.

During the "Show Champion" backstage at 'Lemonade' promotions, EunSang then made it official that Woong took care of him during his trainee days as a father, and that they still lived as father and son, not brothers. He also mentioned that, even though he (EunSang) is shy, Woong has the opposite personality, so he approached him first.

During EunSang's appearance on "Kiss The Radio" hosted by DAY6's Young K, Woong sent multiple messages to the radio show about EunSang's appearance, and then the presenter read his messages while EunSang laughed. Initiating the matter, Lee chose to be like Woong's son, and from that day on, he would call him 'Father Woong'.

In an article, it was said by the younger that "I was trained with AB6IX's Woongie hyung for a long time. While doing promotions, I received a lot of advice from Woongie hyung. He is a veteran that I can trust when contacting him. Woongie hyung was of great help."

During the ISAC recordings, it was possible to see Woong praying while EunSang competed in the sport of dance. WooJin in turn was a great support for EunSang who was very nervous for the 'Beautiful Scar' promotions as he needed to do well, but as WooJin was also there he trusted his hyung a lot, who always promotes and supports EunSang!

BDC and EunSang appeared on the reality show "PRODUCE X 101" together, where they performed 'Go Get Her!' Many fans were hoping to see EunSang and BDC debut together again, but in a June 2021 article, BDC emphasized that they had debuted as an official group. They added that they hoped to achieve good results by supporting each other's paths with EunSang.

Kim SiHun expressed BDC's feelings about wanting to be a team that supports EunSang and receives recognition in their own ways.

Hong SeongJun said, “(Lee EunSang) is a dongsaeng I cherish, and EunSang also supports us. It's not that we don't see each other; we see each other often. I believe he will get along well with good friends (referring to YOUNITE).”

He further added that he didn't feel like they were seniors and juniors because under BRAND NEW MUSIC, they are like family. It seems more like a colleague, older brother, or younger brother than a senior and junior. It was mentioned that EunSang and BDC seem to be moving forward together, supporting each other along the way.

After performing BDC's 'Hole in Your Face' with EunSang during BRANDNEW MUSIC's 10th Anniversary Special, SeongJun said that it was fun to be together after a long time, and that it had been a while since the public had seen the four of them together.
