After becoming an official soloist on May 7th 2020 and finding popularity with Team 24:00 via the competition show "Peak Time," Moon JongUp has been booked and busy throughout 2023 with numerous events. 

Through the official social media channels of M.A Entertainment and Moon JongUp's official account, the artist and dancer announced his 2nd mini album "SOME" and a new photobook titled "Day Off". 

On October 4, 2023, it was officially announced that the artist will release "SOME." It didn't take long before numerous images and clips would be released for the album, causing excitement amongst many fans and individuals, such as this tweet stating that the album will be released on October 30, at 6PM KST (Korean Standard Time). 

Previously, the artist has released 'HEADACHE', 'Venus' (Mr. Queen OST), 'Find' (feat. Moon SuJin), his 1st mini album "US", 'Daydream' (Idol Recipe OST Part 1), and 'Try My Luck'.
