Hello and welcome to Kpopmap, Moon JongUp! It is an honor and a pleasure to have you with us today. Please say hello to global fans and tell us how you've been doing lately!

Hello dear MOONW4LK, I, Moon JongUp, have made a comeback with the second mini album, "SOME." I have been recently going around filming challenge videos after focusing on the album production.

As you know already, through this interview, we are bringing MOONW4LK along to spend a virtual day with you. So, if you had to invite MOONW4LK for this special occasion over a phone call, how would you do it?

Hi, good morning! Where do you want to meet today? Let's have fun together today. It's time to wake up 🙂

What does Moon JongUp's morning routine look like? Is there anything special you do in your morning routine for important days?

Firstly, I drink some water, and then do stretching. Then I take a shower, go through my closet, and decide what I'm going to wear that day.

Before moving on, we have to talk about your much-awaited comeback. We're sure that a lazy day in the life of Moon JongUp is hard to come by, especially as you're promoting your 2nd mini-album "SOME". Can you please tell us more about this album? Why is it called "SOME"? Does the title have a certain significance for you?

The title of this mini album, "SOME," is an anagram of the title song and the B-side tracks from this album.
1. S is from "S"tuck
2. O is from X."O."X
3. M is from Co"m"mon
4. and finally E is from the last song Fin"E"
The title is meant to say that I am showing "some" part of me, literally, and that I am also determined to share a lot more in the future.

You have a stellar gift for songwriting, and your lyrics have touched fans worldwide. For this album too, you have actively participated in songwriting. Do you have a particular time of day when you like to work on your lyrics? If so, why is that time ideal for you?

Instead of spending most of my time writing lyrics, I rather spend time watching great movies and looking through various artwork to research better expressions and ways to deliver them.

I hope you know just how much fans adore you and everything you do. Speaking of fans, let's get back to a day in your life! What is Moon JongUp's ideal day off like? Are you the type to relax, or do you pack the day with activities? If it's the latter, what kind of activities do you usually do?

I like to relax during my free time. I like to eat things that I want, or just lie on my bed watching my favorite movies or anime.

What is your favorite thing about your home that you want to brag about to MOONW4LK?

I like to lie down, so I have to pick my bed as my favorite place.

Speaking of home, we cannot forget the kitchen! Contents that involve you cooking are a fan favorite. In your daily life, do you make your own meals? What do you usually eat on a lazy day?

I don't have much time to stay at home, so instead of cooking, I often get the food I like delivered.

As afternoon rolls around, what better way to spend it than Netflix? If you were to host a Netflix watch party with fans one afternoon, what would you watch?

I would like to watch a horror movie. It would be nice if we could gather up and watch it together with a warm blanket to make it less scary.

As the deep autumn evening sets in, we're reminded of the decadent and dreamy mood of "SOME", which is definitely going on our Fall playlist. What are some songs on your Fall playlist? Can you please share them with MOONW4LK?

I've got "Never Not" by Lauv, "Lonely" by Benny Blanco and Justin Bieber, and "I'm Not the Only One" by Sam Smith on my playlist.

Before you wish fans good night, there's a question we ask by tradition. If you had to put any object in a time capsule for MOONW4LK, what would it be and why?

I want to put a letter for MOONW4LK inside of this "X.O.X" bag with my albums.
