iKON’s Bobby Reveals Details For His First Single Album "S.i.R" Ahead Of Its Release

iKON's Bobby marks his solo activities under new home 143 Entertainment with upcoming single album "S.i.R" which drops this March 21st. This will be Bobby’s third comeback as a soloist after full-length albums "Love and Fall" in 2017 and "LUCKY MAN" in 2021. "S.i.R" will contain two tracks: 'Cherry Blossom', and 'Drowning' as the title track in a collaboration with singer-songwriter and WSG Wannabe's SOLE. Both songs are written and composed by Bobby.

B-side track 'Cherry Blossom' is a song about desperate feelings that is as short and as beautiful as the cherry blossoms. Emotions were captured well in the voice, and music was completed with the realistic sound of the guitar and bass drum, while title track 'Drowning' is a synth pop song expressing emotions immersed in the charm of the opposite sex. The expectation is high on the collaboration of Bobby's unique rough voice and SOLE’s charming and dreamy vocals.

In the pre-order notice Bobby reveals more details on the album. "S.i.R" comes in 1 version which includes cover, CD, 1 out of 3 random poster, 120 pages photobook, random photocard, and entrance ticket.

Bobby will also kick-off his solo Japan concert tour "SiR" this April and will run until May. The tour will have three stops at Yokohama, Fukuoka, and Osaka, each stops will have two shows. In addition, Bobby also opened a mobile fanclub exclusive for Japanese fans.

Not only that, iKON will also start their major world tour 'TAKE OFF' this May with stops in Asia, Europe, and America that will run until September, in addition to a new album expected to drop April. iKON, both as a group and the members as soloists will surely be busy this year. More iKON members are expected to gear up their solo promotions in addition to Bobby, starting with a solo debut from main vocalist Jay. Meanwhile member Ju-Ne sets high expectation in the acting industry as an actor-idol in the highly-anticipated debut in a small screen with ENA’s upcoming rom-com ‘True To Love’. He is also set to appear in another drama "Sparkling Watermelon" and movie "Even If I Die, Once Again" which are expected to air anytime this year.
