iKON DK shares choreography crew ahead of his first solo debut

iKON's Kim Donghyuk is known for not only his passion for sneakers, or being a fashionista but also being iKON's sub vocalist, dancer and artist. Since the official reveal about his solo debut, fans have been gearing up for his highly anticipated single, 'NAKSEO[ 戀 ]'. Later, fans would be slowly introduced to a documentary and behind the scenes view into the progress of the song by DK, and reveal something new about the process each time. Explaining his love for music, how he views it, and how many times he thought carefully about the progress even at times if he gets stressed from it, he still moves forward. 

The documentary with the same self entitled single, would recently introduce to fans of DK's dance and choreographer crew through the 3rd episode. 

After the episode was released, although the crew has had an official SNS for a while, many fans would learn of it for the very first time while DK would officially add it to the bio of his Instagram SNS account to promote it. The name of the crew as DK and the members would introduce it as, 'Slan9'. Although the meaning hasn't officially been revealed, fans would see familiar faces upon the account in terms of official videos, and challenges such as iKON's Song and iKON's Bobby, Bobby who recently released 'True Love' as apart of his project with Entero, would also be featured on the page in their studio at 143 Entertainment. 

Previously iKON has successfully completed numerous tours and album releases before finally departing on their own from YG and beginning a new road with their company 143 Entertainment. They would soon release their first album [ Take Off ] with 143 ENT on May 4th 2023 infused with songs of the members of personal tastes and fan favourite hits (U, Tantara (Title Track), RUM PUM PUM, Like a Movie, Driving Slowly, Never Forget You, All The Way Here). The album itself, also contained official solo tracks by the members: Fighting (Song Solo), Want You Back (JU-NE Solo) and Kiss Me (DK Solo). The solo release by the members made the fans eager and wondering about if another solo debut was in the works, or other solo promotions. 

Of course, fans would have their wonders answered by none other then DK. With solo debut images, and the documentary as previously listed above. Fans couldn't wait to hear DK's taste in music after the release of 'Kiss Me' and wondered how many songs iKON has worked on since previously stating how many they have worked on that haven't been released throughout their years at their former company.
