This week's Mood Playlist is dedicated to sad bops because this is our final article for this series, but it's been a fun ride nonetheless. If you're looking to headbang your pain away, you've come to the right place!

        1. 'House Of Cards' - BTS

BTS' iconic song 'House Of Cards' is infamous among ARMY for the dissonance between the lyrics and the alluring melody. It sounds like it could be the soundtrack of a noir film or can be heard in a smoky jazz bar. However, the lyrics tell a whole different story entirely.

        2. 'Sober' - BIGBANG

BIGBANG's signature style is to make songs that are absolute bangers but hide painful meaning inside. 'Sober' is just one of those songs that you cannot help but sing along happily to, but once you know the lyrics, be prepared to cry in the club.

        3. 'Happy' - 2NE1

It's nothing short of a power move to name a song 'Happy' and make it about the saddest breakup ever. The peppy vocals, lively beat, and energetic rap sound anything but sad, and that is exactly where the genius of the song lies.

        4. 'Love Equation' - VIXX

VIXX's 'Love Equation' is another example of songs that sound completely different from what they mean. It is all sunshine and roses when you listen to it without understanding or paying attention to the lyrics, but once you know what they're saying, the waterworks will begin.

        5. 'Crown' - TXT

TXT has made a name for themselves for wonderfully portraying the multifaceted emotions of the youth. Naturally, this implies that their songs might sound like they belong in the club but have a deeper meaning that is rather somber. 'Crown' is one such song that lives rent-free in our heads.
