A BB Talks About Her Love For The Boy Group DKB

Tiff is a BB, hailing from the US. This big DKB fan is ready to talk about her reasons why she loves the group, her favorite tracks, her favorite content by the group, and more!

Can you introduce yourself? Where are you from?

My name is Tiff! I’m 20 years old and from the United States!

How and when did you enter the fandom?

I entered the fandom 3 weeks after their debut!

What are the reasons why you love your favorite group?

I have so many reasons, but my main reasons are:
1. The members are such warm and welcoming people. They’re so genuine and sweet to BBs.
2. They make such a good variety of different genres of music, including EDM, Trap, and Hip-Hop.
3. Each member has a very distinct personality. They’re all unique in their own ways!

Who caught your attention first and why?

HeeChan was the first to catch my attention because of his parts in the music video from their debut track 'Sorry Mama'!

Who is your bias, and why?

My bias is Yuku, but when I first became a BB it used to be E-Chan. I personally gravitate towards leaders and rappers, so at the time, E-Chan was the perfect fit. Over time, I started to love Yuku more and more until he eventually became my new bias earlier this year. Yuku is my bias now because he’s one of the sweetest people I’ve ever known!

Can you recommend a title track and a B-side track for new fans?

For new BBs, I would recommend 'Rollercoaster'. It’s a Hip-Hop song, which is the type of music that DKB typically goes for, so I believe that this song would give anyone a good introduction to DKB’s sound.

A fan favorite B-side track in our fandom is the song 'No More' from their third mini album, titled "Youth." It’ll always be a great song to recommend!

Can you recommend a fancam, V Live, cover video, cover dance, or individual content video of your bias to our readers?

A year ago, DKB’s official YouTube channel uploaded a video of Yuku doing a dance cover of 'Advice' by Taemin. That video has always been my favorite dance cover of his, so I would recommend anyone to go and check it out, especially Shawols!

Can you also recommend a content video (variety series, song cover, dance cover, etc.) by your favorite group?

I’d like to recommend a variety series and dance covers!
The variety show is called "DKB United." The entirety of the variety show is about 4 hours long but are split into four seperate hour-long episodes. The missions and trials that the members of DKB go through are both so challenging and comedic that it won’t feel like the hours have passed when you watch! I recommend this to everyone!

DKB is a very impressive dance group and known for their energy. One dance cover I would absolutely recommend is their cover of 'Lazarus' by Tripp Lee!

A couple more recent covers I would recommend would be their covers of 'The Real (Heung Ver.)' by ATEEZ and 'Bang!' by AFTER SCHOOL These covers came from when they competed in the Korean survival show “Peak Time” under the name “Team 08:00” and ranked 4th place overall!

Can you share with us one of your favorite lyrics?

One of my all-time favorite lyrics is from the intro to their song 'Real Love', which is sang by E-Chan.
The lyrics are:
“Yeah, I miss you, love ya, but I lost my chance
We don't have two chances, and I'm a fail
I'll always blame myself, I'll hate myself
Please if you miss it, don't look back”
'Real Love' is a song that expresses heartbreak, so I find the above lyrics to be very raw and beautiful.

What is your favorite group/bias’s influence on your daily life?

DKB gives me something to look forward to every day. I know that if I have a rough day and need some cheering up, all that I need to do is watch some of their content and suddenly I’m forgetting about everything that’s bothering me. The happiness they give me is unmeasurable. I also hope to be an artist someday as well, so seeing them helps me keep the dream alive. If I never achieve those dreams, I hope to live them vicariously through DKB.

Can you describe your bias in only one word?

Sunshine. It’s his nickname that came from his bright smile and personality!

If you go to only one, would you go to a concert, fan meeting, or fan sign?

I would choose the fan meeting! Back in 2022 during their first tour, I bought the ticket package that came with a live signing, hi-touch, and group photo! It was the best decision I could’ve made.

Can you recall a moment where you cried/laughed with your bias?

I remember a moment from when I saw them on tour. During the individual photo ops, there were large fans blowing on high on the floor because the venue was very hot. Yuku took one of the fans and turned it in my general direction. When the wind hit me, I sighed in dramatic relief. He saw me and laughed and I laughed too. It was such a small interaction, but it was so sweet.

Do you have a dream subunit/unit?

In DKB’s debut album “Growth,” there is a song called 'Samsung' which includes the rap line (E-Chan, GK, and Heechan). In the future, I’d love for more unit songs from DKB with D1, Lune, and Teo in one unit and the maknae line in the other.
