So at Kpopmap, we started the Kpopmap Fan Interview Project to get to know more about K-Pop fans from different countries: more about their K-Pop life and tastes and to give them the opportunity to share with our readers about their favorite group(s) and bias.

Can you introduce yourself? Where are you from?

Hello! My name is Molly, I also go by Sun! and I’m a USA K2YWE!!

How and when did you enter the fandom?

I saw Director Choi’s tweet about debuting a new boy group and that YoungBin was going to be in it! I was immediately looking forward to their debut and started supporting them since then~.

What are the reasons why this rookie group is your favorite group?

All the members really enjoy performing and I can see how much they love it! I also really love how much appreciation and love they have towards K2YWEs! They do so much events just to connect and communicate with us ☺️.

Who caught your attention at first and why? Did you know any members prior to their debut?

YoungBin caught my attention first! I’ve been supporting YoungBin since he was in "I-LAND"! YoungBin has these eyes that just draws you to him and you just can’t look away.

Do you have a bias yet? If yes, tell us why.

My bias is SoDam!! He’s the youngest member in BLANK2Y so I just have the urge to protect him. He’s also a very sweet and kind boy. I actually write letters to him on fancafe and just recently he commented on one thanking me for supporting BLANK2Y since debut and that made me so happy because I now know that all my support is being seen and appreciated.

Can you recommend a title track and a B-side track for new fans?

A title track I recommend is 'Thumbs Up', which is actually their debut song!! Please check it out ~.

And a B-side I recommend is 'Constellation - Fan Song'. This song is a slower song from BLANK2Y and I really love how they dedicate a song to K2YWEs.

Can you recommend a fancam, V Live, cover video, cover dance, or other from your favorite group or bias?

I recommend their cover of THE BOYZ's 'MAVERICK'! It is their first ever dance cover as a group after everyone was revealed!

What are the things you are looking for in their future activities?

I really hope they come to America for a tour! I’m also always looking forward to a comeback ~.
