So at Kpopmap, we started the Kpopmap Fan Interview Project to get to know more about K-Pop fans from different countries: more about their K-Pop life and tastes and to give them the opportunity to share with our readers about their favorite group(s) and bias.

Can you introduce yourself? Where are you from?

My name is Naomi, I'm 16 and I'm from Romania [y'all can find me on Twitter @sangwoonation_ and on Instagram @sangwoonation].

How and when did you enter the fandom?

I joined the fandom some days before their debut but I found about them on TikTok at the end of May 2021 and seeing that JM & GeonU will debut - knowing them from the survival show "I-LAND"- made my interest in JUST B start.

What are the reasons why you love your favorite group?

One of the biggest reasons why I love JUST B is their music, talent, vocals humour and charisma on stage. This performance deserves a place in everyone's heart:

Who caught your attention at first and why?

Bain, back in their first Instagram live his smile made me officially stan JUST B, like isn't his smile so pretty?

Who is your bias, and why?

My bias is SangWoo. When I first saw in JUST B's first Instagram live, that he didn't blinked for 15 seconds straight, I knew that he will be my ultimate bias for forever.

Can you recommend a title track and a B-side track for new fans?

A title track that I would recommend for new fans is 'Damage', because it represents the start of JUST B's journey being their debut song and I think that is a great start to stan JUST B.

For the B-side that I recommend is 'Dont Go Back' from their latest album "JUST BEGUN". The song is so catcy and their vocals are so great and it can heal your sadness [based on personal experience].

Can you recommend a fancam, V Live, cover video, cover dance, or individual content video of your bias to our readers?

A V Live I would recommend is SangWoo's birthday live from 2021, and a cover I would recommend is 'Say You Won't Let Go'.

I think that SangWoo's vocals are so good, on top and is slaying so hard.

Can you also do the same type of recommendation for the group?

I recommend to watch COVER BY B, because I find very interesting that they cover even foreigner songs plus I'm so impressed that DoYum (DY) could cover 'Pinocchio', a song in French -and as a Romanian knowing that Romanian and French comes from the same family language, my pronunciation is not so close to native French speakers. DoYum's pronunciation is so good.

Can you share with us one of your favorite lyrics?

They literally introduced us [ONLY Bs] in their lyrics and it makes me feel so special🤧.

Are there any words from the members you would like to share?

I think that SangWoo's "BOOM" is always so outta pocket and it makes him so funny.

What is your best souvenir with your favorite group until now?

Ummm, I think that when GeonU replied to my comment on Twitter during his mention party. I was at school and I was waiting for the teacher to come to class and I saw that GeonU has a mention party and I said "I'll comment only once cuz I know that I'll won't get noticed" and went back on TikTok. And then my best friend texted me "Congrats". I was so confused and then she told me to check Twitter and then I saw his comment I was so happy 😭😭 [Thank you Tyun I love you so much for telling me that GeonU commented on my comment❣️].

Can you describe your bias in only one word?

I can't choose only one word cause his talent and personality and everything about him is so good and amazing 😭😭😭.

If you have a chance to cook for the group, what will you cook for them?

I think Sarmale because it's a traditional dish of Romania.

If you can spend a day with your bias, where will you go and what will you do?

I would like to go to an amusement park because I love seeing SangWoo's smile and I think that we would have a lot of fun.

What's your favourite 2022 moment involving your bias?

Umm, maybe back in September when I used to promote JUST B and SANGWOO's smile a lot on every K-Pop fans group I was in and even to my non-K-Pop fans friends. I made like 5 persons into ONLY Bs in one day.

Do you have a dream subunit/unit?

Doyum (DY) [JUST B], YongHa [WEi] and TaeWoo (Louis) [BLANK2Y].

I remember that I was missing SangWoo so much and when I saw that he updated I started crying 😭.

Have you ever made a new friend because of K-Pop?

Yes, I made so many especially because of JUST B.

What is your favorite group/bias' influence on your daily life?

JUST B made me study Korean, they helped me with finding my passion for singing/music and I found so many things I'm good at [STAN JUST B FOR A BETTER LIFE]. A habit that I got from my bias is rubbing my ear, I'm so surprised that I didn't break my ears yet 😭.

Do you feel there are any misunderstandings, things that are not well known, or any prejudices about your favorite group from other fans (non-fans)?

I remember when a non-ONLY B asked me who's my ultimate group and I said JUST B and they asked me "Justin Bieber?" Please, it was so hard for me when I saw my favorite group being confused with Justin Bieber 😭.
