3 Upcoming June K-Dramas With Only One Episode Airing By Week

Are you currently watching the KBS drama "Imitation"? If yes, you would know that there is only one episode airing each week. Yes, only one!

In the majority of K-Dramas, two episodes are aired every week but in very few cases, it is only once a week. For viewers used to two episodes a week, having only one episode is definitely painful. The wait for the next episode seems longer.

In the upcoming K-Dramas starting in June, there are quite a few dramas with only one episode a week. You better know about it before they start, so here they are.

 

1. "Penthouse: War in Life 3" (SBS) - Every Friday from June 4

"Penthouse: War In Life" with Lee JiAh, Kim SoYeon, and Eugene is back for a third season. The first two seasons have been extremely popular in Korea and the season three is highly awaited. The third season will air only one episode by week.

 

2. "Hospital Playlist 2" (tvN) - Every Thursday from June 17

Like the season 1, "Hospital Playlist 2" starring Jo JungSuk, Yoo YeonSeok, Jung KyungHo, Kim DaeMyung, and Jeon MiDo will only have one episode a week. Fans will have to wait every Thursday to watch the drama.

 

3. "Nevertheless" (JTBC) - Every Saturday from June 19

"Nevertheless" is a romance drama based on webtoon starring Song Kang, Han SoHee, and Chae JongHyeop. The drama will air every Saturday and it is short with only 10 episodes!

 

Bonus. "Dear.M" (KBS) - Every Friday (second half of 2021)

The drama is not starting in June but it is an awaited drama so here is a bonus.

"Dear.M" with NCT's JaeHyun, Park HyeSu, Bae HyunSung, Roh JeongEui, UP10TION's Lee JinHyuk, and Woo DaBi will air only once a week on KBS. There is no surprise because the drama will air in the same time slot as "Imitation". The drama premiere date is still under discussion.

If you are planning to watch these dramas, get ready mentally to see one episode and not two like usual every week.
