If you are a Kpopmap reader, you would've noticed that there is an ongoing weekly series called "Girl Crush" that explores women in the Korean industry that many admire and have a crush on.
Welcome to the third article of our new weekly series "Boy Crush"! This series will appreciate the men in K-Pop and K-Dramas that we have a crush on based on anything from their style, talent, personality, overall vibe, etc.

Eric is a famous Korean soloist with huge international success. He is best known for his honey vocals that float through the air as either his own songs or the OSTs of popular K-Dramas.
Eric's vocals are like a gem that forms inside the ear. He has the smoothest voice and his musicality makes him a treat to listen to. Fans have even described his music as 'criminally underappreciated'. Eric definitely deserves all of the recognition and more.

His vocals are not only suited to music, but his voice is honestly one of the best out there to listen to. Even his laugh sounds heavenly.
Eric does podcasts for DIVE Studios Podcasts including one called the "K-Pop Daebak Show w/ Eric Nam" where you can get a feel for his warm and lovable personality. He is temporarily taking a break from the show but there are several episodes to watch in the meantime. He is quite thoughtful and good-natured which makes him quite charming and a pleasure to listen to.

Eric is also known for his hilarious sense of humor. He has gone viral several times for his hilarious memes and videos as an MC. The best thing about him is that he is funny even when he is not trying. You can get a feel for that in this video.
Eric is extremely accomplished having been listed in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia and named GQ Korea's Man of the Year, to name only a couple of his achievements.
We also need to take a moment to appreciate his smile, because he has one of the most heartwarming smiles out there.
