While the Korean music scene might be populated by intense dance tracks and heartwarming love songs, not everything falls under the umbrella of K-Pop. There are instances when ballad singers, indie musicians, and Korean hip-hop artists rise to the very top of the charts. One artist who has continuously released globally loved hits is none other than talented rapper Loco.
Loco is an incredible artist, propelling the genre of K-Hip-Hop ever further. Now he's back with his 2nd full length album, "WEAK". Comprised of 10 tracks, "WEAK" showcases Loco's ever impressive musicality and his talent as an artist. While every song has their unique tendencies, they remain consistent in referring back to the overarching theme of the album.

1. The Release Of A Full Length Album
With how long Loco's been promoting, it's hard to believe this is only his 2nd full length album. However, fans are in for an absolute treat with 10 new songs from the artist. Combined, the entire album comes out to around 30 minutes of pure hits that you can have on loop all day long. While his singles and mini albums are incredible enough, having a new full length album brings a different type of joy to both dedicated fans and casual listeners.

Out of the 10 tracks, 5 have a featuring artist while the remaining contain Loco's voice alone. Both types are incredibly well-made and offer different vibes. Nothing seems out of place as the tracks seamlessly flow into each other, showcasing just how much thought was put into this album. Despite only just coming out with his 2nd full length album, the wait was certainly worth it.
3. Cloaked In A Theme Of Honest Vulnerability
Hip-Hop is often perceived with a sort of toughness and unspoken charisma that everyone can visibly see. However, despite the hard-hitting beats and trendy verses, Loco's "WEAK" is filled with a tender, honest sincerity. It looks into the human condition and offers solace through relatable lyrics that remain embedded on your heart. As you reach the end of the album, don't be surprised if it feels like a sudden weight has been lifted from your shoulders. In doing so, Loco can be seen as a true artist with the ability to comfort the masses with his music.
