Chicago FEARLESS (their fandom) gathered in front of the Avondale Music Hall this past Saturday buzzing with excitement. This being the first-ever tour for the girl group that debuted in 2011, made for a much-loved and anticipated show. Fans were not disappointed either.

The girls first hit the stage performing 'Thank You' right off the bat. Fans were immediately cheering and singing along and once the song ended the group did introductions. One thing that was so fun about this tour is that each stop had different outfits and Chicago’s chosen wardrobe was absolutely adorable. Pleated skirts and colorful tops had Brave Girls looking stunning for Chicago FEARLESS.

Each member gave an individual introduction since for many fans this was the first time they were able to see Brave Girls live. The girls also mentioned how important this tour was for them because this was the first time they get to see their international fans. This being their first US tour MinYoung had mentioned being nervous but being able to see FEARLESS eye-to-eye gave her strength to perform. The girls all agreed saying that this being the first US tour ever made them anxious but the fans' cheering and singing along really helped.

You would never know that they were nervous though because they performed flawlessly with an abundance of charisma and high energy. They absolutely nailed the choreography for each song and performed with smiles and fan service. Their vocals were also something to note. The venue being a fairly open one, had Brave Girls' songs carrying throughout and they hit every note with expert precision. The vocals and choreography were definitely top-tier and fans could be heard singing along with each song.

This show was full of love and had this intimate feeling that Chicago FEARLESS definitely felt. Each member took time to interact with their fans and it was easy to tell that they were having as much fun as their fans were. Near the end of the show, those interactions grew and it had Brave Girls taking fans' phones and receiving handmade gifts including some cute, crocheted bee plushies that YuNa caught along with a Pride Flag which YuJeong wrapped around her for the rest of the night.

This did cause a bit of controversy afterward due to the tour company releasing a statement saying throwing gifts on stage is prohibited for future stops. This of course is completely understandable because the members could be injured by gifts thrown at them. Despite that bit of controversy, each member truly looked happy while leaving the stage. Fans left the venue with huge smiles, as well, still buzzing from the show. Overall, Brave Girls' first time performing in the windy city of Chicago was amazing, and left Chicago FEARLESS awaiting the next time they decide to tour!
