          While the weekend can be filled with fun and adventure, nothing can prepare us for a looming work week. Sometimes not even the strongest cup of coffee or multiple shots of espresso can help stave off the bone-chilling effects of the Monday blues. However, through K-Variety Round Up, we hope to provide the perfect remedy to help alleviate the Monday blues!

          Through this series, we focus on tidbits and highlights from various Korean variety shows that you might have missed over the past week/weekend. These clips might appear across social media feeds, but considering the sheer amount of scrolling we do, it can be difficult to watch everything, on top of tending to our busy schedules.

          But that’s why Kpopmap is here to bring you the funniest and most heartwarming clips! Now, take a look down below for a little dose of serotonin to kickstart your week!

           

          1. ZEROBASEONE Appear On "Child Cloud"

          There's no doubt that ZEROBASEONE has captured the attention of millions all across the globe — and for good reason. They are extremely talented, filled with charisma, and at times, endearingly cute. They prove this last part to fans through their appearance on "Superman Returns" spin-off, "Child Cloud".

          Through this week's episode, we see ZEROBASEONE's Sung HanBin, Ricky, and Zhang Hao have a play date with twins, AYoon and ARin. They do everything from putting on makeup to playing doctor in order to keep the two girls entertained. By the end of the episode, you'll be guaranteed to find a smile formed right across your face.

           

          2. An Act Of Courage On "Nineteen To Twenty"

          Netflix's "Nineteen To Twenty" is a new reality show which tracks the journey of ten youth as they transition from teenagers to adulthood. As soon as they turn 20 years old, they are thrusted into the dating world and have the opportunity to pursue a romantic relationship.

          Two cast members, Kim PyeongSeok and Noh HeeJi, have shown great chemistry and seem to be on the same wavelength in multiple ways. Although PyeongSeok is usually shy and quiet, on their first day of being twenty he takes a huge courageous leap and asks HeeJi out on a date. Everyone, panel of hosts included, cannot contain their excitement and shouts of glee. Seeing PyeongSeok take the initiative will have you giggling, unable to contain the swarm of butterflies swirling around in your chest.

           

          3. SHINee's Key And BTOB's ChangSub Learn Ballet

          On MBC's "I Live Alone", we see SHINee's Key meet up with BTOB's ChangSub. Together, they visit their close friend whom they met through military service, ballerino Lee WonSeol. As the two idols visit him, they decide to attempt a ballet challenge.

          We witness WonSeol earnestly attempt to teach the two proper moves and technique. However, there's a certain clumsiness to the idols' movements that you will be bring forth immediate laughter. ChangSub and Key show that they are certainly variety geniuses, able to make audiences laugh at practically anything.

           

          4. Ray Of Sunshine Park BoYoung

          Talented actress, Park BoYoung, recently made a guest appearance on the wildly popular, Lee YoungJi's "My Alcohol Diary". The two show amazing chemistry with their back and forth conversation. There's never a dull moment between them right until the very end. Even when taking pictures, YoungJi continues to tease BoYoung while the actress provides endearing reactions. She does so with a smile that could warm your heart on a cold winter day.

           

          5. Scared Lee Siblings

          SUPER JUNIOR's EunHyuk is wildly charismatic on stage, able to captivate millions with a single note or dance move. However, when the idol and his sister, Lee SoRa, enter a haunted house, his cool demeanor simply melts away.

          Their journey through the haunted house is extremely entertaining as they try their best to face the horrors head on. They combat their fears by remaining close to one another and most hilariously, loudly screaming in order to shake off the numerous jump scares. EunHyuk and his sister's reaction to the haunted house will fill you up with a serotonin boost, making you ready to combat yet another work week.
