There is no better girl group to pull off unique, wacky concepts than Red Velvet as demonstrated in their outfits for ‘Dumb Dumb’ on Sep. 27, 2015. Though pretty simple, their brightly coloured striped shirts, coloured caps, white shorts, knee bands, socks and sneakers were enough to bring out the quirky vibes of the song.
