        It has been some time since SM Entertainment announced that they are debuting their new girl group and it is finally happening. K-Pop fans from all over the world are excited to know that they will have a new girl group to look forward to and also learn about how they are as a group.

        6 years after the debut of Red Velvet, SM Entertainment has finally unveiled their new girl group. Since the agency is known for producing talented, gorgeous and amazing artists, aespa members are definitely on the list of 'idols to definitely check out'.

        While the agency had initially confused many with their AI concept, K-Pop fans are starting to get what they are going for. The fusion of K-Pop and AI might not be conventional but it is undeniably a new concept to look out for.

         

        #2 Strong and powerful debut track 'Black Mamba'

        If you have yet to check out their music video teaser for debut title track 'Black Mamba', you better do. It is visually pleasing and loaded with strong, heavy beats that are bound to get fans hooked onto.

        Through a media release by SM Entertainment earlier, they revealed that the song has catchy hooks that seem to be chanting spells. The lyrics also feature the unfolding of an adventure while learning the connection between the aespa members and their avatars.

         

        #3 Fanclub 'MY'

        Even before their official debut, the girls had announced their official fanclub name!

        Fans are aespa are now officially known as 'MY'. Through aespa V-Live channel, 'MY' refers to 'the most precious friend' in KWANGYA where aespa's avatar, ae, lives. Since their fans are the most precious one for aespa, they had decided to name their fanclub as 'MY'.
