For every 1000 newborns, 2 to 3 babies are diagnosed with hearing impairment each year. Due to the expensive medical treatments, there are many cases which these babies missed out on the right timing to undergo treatment, leading to difficulties in growing up. Eventually, in the case when they grow up healthy, they would still have to live with the help of implanted cochlear aids

Fantagio Music boy group ASTRO decided to hold hands with Naver Happy Bean and contribute to the organization in making implanted cochlear aids by holding 'Rise Up ASTRO PHOTO EXHIBITION'. It will begin from August 14th to 26th. 

ASTRO To Hold 'Rise Up' Photo Exhibition Specially For Kids With Hearing Impairment

Previously, ASTRO came back with their special mini album "Rise Up" and to spread the awareness of kids with hearing impairment, ASTRO has decided to organize this photo exhibition.

It was revealed that this time through the exhibition, there will be many unreleased ASTRO's daily life photos and behind the scenes photos which already have gained the attention of many fans. Furthermore, goods made specially for the event will also be available at the exhibition venue.

The earnings from the exhibition will be donated to the organization in making implanted cochlear aids under the name of AROHA, which is the name for ASTRO's fanclub. Fans can also contribute to the organization by scanning a QR code made available on the exhibition venue itself too.

According to Fantagio, they revealed that "Rise Up" has a very special and deep meaning for both ASTRO and the fans and the boys had also played the parts in organizing this special collaboration. They would also like to thank the fans for their passionate support as almost all of the tickets for the exhibition were sold out.
