Idols are getting more and more into acting these days which is great news for K-Pop and K-Drama fans alike. There are many K-Pop idols that we'd love to see get into acting, especially in K-Dramas.
Recently, THE L1VE posted a support announcement that mentioned that MAMAMOO WheeIn's would possibly be having drama schedules in the future. Many fans got excited at the prospect of WheeIn taking on acting.
Here are 3 roles we would love to see MAMAMOO WheeIn's act in if she took on acting in K-Dramas.
1. The female lead in a melodrama

WheeIn has done OSTs for several dramas and her specialty is emotional songs that become the soundtracks to heartrending onscreen moments. It would be amazing to hear one of her emotional OSTs playing as she also has a soul-stirring moment on screen.
2. A college art professor/student

Whether she plays the professor or the student, WheeIn would suit a role in a campus K-Drama extremely well. Especially in an artistic major such as art history, sculpting, fine art, etc. WheeIn's artistic vibe and youthful energy would be well emphasized in a role like that.
3. The heiress to a conglomerate

It would be fun to see her in a role as an heiress to a conglomerate. Chaebol dramas are always fun to watch and there are two possible concepts that she could try.
She could either take on the role of an heiress who still wants to carve her own career path and doesn't play into her family's antics, or she could take on a role opposite to her personality where she is a spoiled and mean girl. Although WheeIn is incredibly sweet, it would be interesting to see her play a bad girl. Not to mention that the fashion in a drama like this would look fabulous on her.
