Not all K-Pop fans are a fan of MBC "Idol Star Athletics Championships (ISAC) 2020" because of various issues such as the possibility of injury and long hours of recording.
On Dec. 16, the recording for the "ISAC 2020" Seollal special took place and many fans headed down to support their favorite groups.
However, LOONA's fans, Orbit, was unhappy when they noticed something unpleasant that happened to member Chuu.

If you had noticed, a staff from MBC had pulled Chuu's hair from behind. It was said that the staff had done it in order to get an interview from Chuu.
This was when things escalated as many Orbit was furious by how Chuu was being treated by the staff. Many felt that he could tap her shoulder or call for her name instead of pulling her hair. They had began to trend the hashtag #아육대_스탭사과해 (ISAC_StaffApologize), demanding an apology from the staff for his actions.
MBC had later released an apology later on Dec. 17, 13 minutes after midnight.

They had apologized for the staff's action and promised that such incidents would never happen again. They also apologized to Chuu as well as Orbit.
However, about an hour later, they had edited the apology post with a longer explanation on how the incident had happened.

They had mentioned that the staff had resorted to pulling Chuu's hair because of the fact that he had been calling her and tapping her shoulder several times for an interview but to no avail. Adding on, they added that they will be educating their staff even more in the future.
Orbit began to leave comments and shared their opinions about it.

Some mentioned that "ISAC" should be put to a stop since there are always many issues revolving around it. Others also felt that the apology was a lie since it was captured that the staff did not tap or call her name before pulling Chuu's hair.
On the other hand, some also thought that no matter how close they might have been, the staff could have been more professional since there were eyes everywhere watching.
