But through K-Variety Round Up, we hope to provide the perfect serotonin boost to help alleviate an otherwise dreary Monday.

Through this series, we focus on a few tidbits and highlights from various Korean variety shows that you might have missed over the past week/weekend. These clips might appear on social media feeds, but it can be difficult to watch everything, considering the sheer amount of variety shows out there, along with our busy schedules.

But that’s why Kpopmap is here to bring you the most heartwarming and entertaining clips right to the palm of your hand! Now, take a look down below for a little dose of happiness on this dreary Monday.

        1. Lee DongWook's 'TT'

Lee DongWook is known for his overflowing charisma, top-notch acting skills, and breathtaking visuals. But he does possess a duality to him, showcasing an unexpected endearing cuteness.

The actor recently appeared on the tvN variety show, "Amazing Saturday" to promote K-Drama sequel "Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938". Lee DongWook was an utter joy to watch and provided fans with small crumbs of him doing the choreography to TWICE's 'TT'. His adorable motions are the perfect pick-me-up on any dreary Monday.

        2. SEVENTEEN's Jun And Joshua On "Baby Cloud"

Children have the special ability to warm anyone's heart regardless of what they do. Then, when you add your favorite K-Pop idols, that happiness is multiplied tenfold.

SEVENTEEN's Jun and Joshua recently appeared on "Baby Cloud", an original series on "The Return Of Superman" official YouTube channel. They were seen busily playing with twins AYun and ARin, reading books with them and playing hide and go seek. Their interactions are completely wholesome, spreading an endless warmth throughout your entire body.

        3. BTOB ChangSub's Photo Booth Struggles

Many of us may have experienced what it's like to take pictures of pets. It can be extremely difficult to keep them still in order to achieve the perfect photograph. This same struggle applies to the K-Pop idols we know and love.

On MBC's "I Live Alone" ChangSub goes on a camping trip with his adorable dog, Guri. While walking around, they come across a photo booth, and the idol singer decides to make use of it. Although he tries his best, none of the pictures come out like he wanted. ChangSub's struggles were relatable, cute, and completely entertaining to watch. You cannot help but smile and laugh as he attempts to take a nice picture with Guri.

        4. Ha Song's Cute Playdate

ENA's "Ha Ha Bus" has been a source of healing for all, especially for Ha Song, the daughter of celebrities HaHa and Byul. Their trip as a family serves as a breath of fresh air, providing unlimited happiness and joy to viewers everywhere.

While HaHa is out hanging out with his sons, Ha Dream and Ha Soul, Song has a cute playdate with HeeKang onboard the bus. As the two children hang out while playing and eating snacks, you will not be surprised to find a smile spread across your face. Their interactions are the perfect serotonin boost to start off any week.

        5. LE SSERAFIM Kim ChaeWon's Protection Squad

ENA's "HyeMiLeeYeChaePa" is iconic and has been the source of many people's happiness while it has been on air. The energy shown throughout the variety program has been infectious. The show is a must when combatting the Monday blues.

This past episode is no different as they play a team game of yut nori. When it comes to ChaeWon’s turn, she gets the worst result possible. However, her fellow castmates rush to her aid and asks the production crew for a redo on her behalf. They are adamant, enthusiastic, and hilarious while doing so. You cannot help but laugh as everyone becomes progressively louder with ChaeWon flustered in the middle.

We hope with this edition of K-Variety Round Up, your Monday is filled with happiness and strength. Fighting!
