He has showcased his acting prowess, immersing viewers completely into the plot of the dramas he's starred in. Now, he often stands as the main lead and provides spellbinding performances that are nothing short of magical.

        Kim YoungDae is currently killing it through the modern/historical fusion K-Drama, "Moon In The Day." The series follows Kang YoungHwa (Pyo YeJin), the reincarnation of DoHa's (Kim YoungDae) dear lover. They share a fate that has been stained by misfortune and tragedy. But now, they hope to put an end to everything and find out the truth behind their untimely demise.

        Although the everything about "Moon In The Day" is of such high quality, Kim YoungDae certainly stands out and all eyes cannot help but focus on him. Here's a few ways the actor has been stealing hearts through the ENA series.

        Kim YoungDae's handsome visuals are simply breathtaking and he proves it once more through "Moon In The Day." Whether he's in modern clothing or dressed up in traditional wear, a spotlight naturally falls upon him.

        Combined with his piercing gaze, even just Kim YoungDae's on screen presence burrows itself deep into your soul. Although not the main point of the drama, Kim YoungDae's visuals certainly elevate "Moon In The Day" to higher levels.

         

        2. Duality As Han JunO And DoHa

        In "Moon In The Day" we see Kim YoungDae play a dual role in Han JunO and DoHa. Their personalities are completely different, with Han JunO being an eccentric, emotionally driven top celebrity. Then there's DoHa, a former general turned vengeful spirit. He pilots these two personas perfectly, surpassing every expectation that fans and critics have had for him. Kim YoungDae certainly sets the bar for what it means to be a versatility actor and his participation in "Moon In The Day" more than proves it.

         

        3. Portrayal Of A Fierce Warrior

        Kim YoungDae has participated in a number of different roles, but through "Moon In The Day," the actor is able to show viewers and fans a new side of him. In various scenes, the actor stands in front of audiences as a fierce, battle-ready warrior ready to fight. He shows complete proficiency on the battlefield, being able to make it back home every time. Although injured and sometimes bloodied, he snatches victory away from his enemies and looks amazing doing it. After seeing Kim YoungDae in "Moon In The Day," action is definitely a genre he must act in again.

         

        4. Dedication To Kang YoungHwa

        DoHa might be a scary, brooding evil spirit bent an exacting his revenge, however, we see a few glimpses of light shining underneath his prickly exterior. The way DoHa tiptoes this line between revenge and affection is bewitching, and ultimately leads to his utmost dedication towards Kang YoungHwa. Although he might not want to admit it, those lingering feelings do exist and Kim YoungDae's portrayal of this is so spot on. Seeing how his character interacts with YoungHwa makes you close to believing that these feelings are actually real. However, this just speaks to Kim YoungDae's ability as an actor and being able to bring any character straight to life.
