        Kim DaMi is an exceptional actress, able to dominate in long form films and traditional K-Dramas on the television screen. She's able to imbue viewers with an entire spectrum of emotion, making audiences invested into the story in front of them. She excels in a variety of different genres, showing her flexibility as an actress and pure mastery at her craft.

        With her success and star presence, she's able to participate in activities outside of acting. Most recently, Kim DaMi had a schedule with Marie Claire Korea for a captivating pictorial. In between taking pictures, the actress was able to sit down with the fashion magazine and film for their own special interview series, "M-terview". DaMi talked about multiple topics from her current favorite music to her must have item. The actress even briefly talked about mental health and how she upkeeps her own.

        1. Quality Rest Time

        One of the first methods of choice DaMi mentions is sleeping. And perhaps more important than just sleeping is having quality rest time. Sleeping only three hours will probably add to the stress and burdens that has built up in your mind. However, in order to combat mental fatigue, having quality rest time will help to revitalize your tired body and soul. And let's face it, who doesn't like to sleep — Kim DaMi is certainly on the right track.

         

        2. Spending Time Alone
