MCND's Castle J is one of the most dynamic K-Pop rappers today. Despite his young age, his fearless style of rap is so exciting, refreshing, and versatile. With a style that is a mix of the old-school hardcore style and the trendy trap of today, he seamlessly infuses both styles with so much ease and charisma it is so exhilarating to watch. Fierce and powerful, he brings his music to life with the delivery of his rap verses in a very stylish and colorful many that gets your senses entranced and mesmerized at the same time.
While like his fans we are admitted in awe and wonder of his clean and exciting rap styles and flows, they are not just the reasons why he has left many impressed and excited for his future as a rapper. Another key reason is his writing and composition skills. He showed his budding talents when he composed the song "Ninja" while being a participant in the MBC survival show "Under 19". Since then, we have seen him display this skill with various remixes of many hit songs like ITZY's 'Dalla Dalla', Billie Eilish's 'Bad Guy" and BLACKPINK's 'Kill This Love' etc. For their original songs, he has notably either written or composed the majority of his group's songs like 'TOP GANG', 'Beautiful', 'Bumpin'', 'Galaxy', 'Breathe', 'Crush', 'Player', 'Movin'', to name a few.
