Trains and buses frequency from other provinces to Seoul were increased, Namsam Tower and several landmarks in Seoul had put up purple lighting... These are just some of the hints that BTS is in town and having a concert.
Closing their world tour "LOVE YOURSELF : SPEAK YOURSELF" with their final stop in Seoul, BTS has prepared 3 shows in their home country that are held on Oct. 26, 27 and 29 in Seoul Olympic Stadium.
Our editor was lucky enough to get a ticket onto the show as these days many know that it is like winning a lottery if you ever get your hand on a BTS concert ticket.
Before the show started, there were many events that Big Hit Entertainment had provided ARMY with to kill time and get them hype up. You can head over to the "Event Zone", try on a full body massage chair, get a random photocard and even take a photo with one BTS member (virtually)!
If you are feeling hungry, there were also food trucks that sell a wide range of food to fill your stomach up. It seems like everyone was getting hyped up as even the sticks provided by the vendors had a BTS sticker on it!

Compared to their concert last year in Summer, there are several noticeable points that Big Hit Entertainment had changed in order to make the concert experience better for fans, ARMY. If you are interested to check out the review for last year's concert, you can read it here.
Through 'Weverse' mobile application, ARMY was able to find out more about the waiting time at each event zone and it amazed many to see how much the agency is doing for the fans. Even the queuing system was more organized and everything was well prepared.
Needless to say, there were also tons of fan support as many would rent out buses and trucks dedicated to each individual members. Across the streets, banners of the members could also be seen held up high. Not only that, many fans also gave out paper slogans, treats and even hot packs just to keep you warm during the concert.

It was more than amazing to see how people from different countries would come together just because they happened to love the same 7 boys and perhaps that was also why the entire fandom gave out warmth and love that are only special among them.
Finally entering the stadium, everyone was provided with a blanket by Fila so that they could watch the concert without feeling too cold.
Since this tour is a different version from the original "LOVE YOURSELF", the set list of the entire concert was also slightly different. Needless to say, the concert started with a newly filmed VCR which caused ARMY to be confused as by now, the fandom knew that anything new could become a hint for their future comebacks.
BTS appeared majestically together with two silver blown up jaguars by the sides and performed 'Dionysus' that just caused the entire stadium to roar with cheers and screams.

They continued with 'Not Today' and greeted ARMY before moving on with 'Outro:Wings'.
Then, it was the long awaited solo stages of each member which took the breath of ARMY away. J-Hope appeared with a red suit, red mic and red in-ears performing to 'Trivia 起: Just Dance'. Maknae JungKook 'flew' across the stadium with 'Euphoria' while dressed in white, causing many to really wonder if he was a prince in disguise.

JiMin was a fairy in a bubble and he enchanted the audience with his sleek and sharp dance moves for 'Serendipity'. Leader RM charmed the audience with his head bobbing track 'Trivia 承: Love'.

V caused ARMY to gasp with his new all-feathered coat as well as his stunning facial expressions for 'Singularity'. Suga once again made fans to be surprised with every performance of 'Trivia 轉: Seesaw' as this time, he had appeared wearing a blank tank top with yellow see-through knit top.

Finally, Jin ended the solo stages with his emotional and touching 'Epiphany', causing fans to clap their hands instead of scream after it had ended.

Other performances that drew the crowd wild were shortened version of 'Dope', 'Silver Spoon', 'Fire', remixed version of 'IDOL' and 'FAKE LOVE'. Vocal-line and rap-line also had their separate stages for 'The Truth Untold' as well as 'Outro:Tear' that had a vast difference in terms of style of performance.

'The Truth Untold' was definitely emotional and the impromptu harmonization between JungKook and Jin had left the audience in surprise. On the other hand, 'Outro:Tear' got everyone bouncing and swaying with the beat as the rappers performed their hearts away.

ARMY knew that the 'last song' was definitely not 'Mic Drop' and during the time when they were waiting for the boys to return on stage, they began to do a wave! It seems like even without BTS on stage, all of them knew how to entertain themselves.

Once again, they returned with a bouncy castle and began the encore stages with 'Anpanman', 'So What', 'Make It Right' and lastly 'Mikrokosmos'.

'Mikrokosmos' was a meaningful song for both BTS and ARMY as it talked about their own universe which no one else could understand. In addition to the song, everyone was surprised to see that drones were being flown in to make different patterns and designs in the sky. It looked amazing against the dark sky and before the drones 'left', they did not forget to make the logo of BTS.

In every concert, ARMY made sure that the boys were able to see the slogans that they had prepared for them but this time, it was BTS's turn to surprise ARMY! They had also prepared slogans for their fans and were thankful for how they were always the one receiving and wanted to give back to their fans.

Closing up the concert, each of the members shared their feelings and were thankful that they were once again able to perform in the huge stadium in their home country. RM's closing speech stood out the most as he mentioned that in the future, he hoped that despite the hard times, hurtful words and things that happen against their will, BTS and ARMY will be able to go through all of them together.

The end of this era does not mean the end of BTS but rather a fresh new start to the music and stories they will tell in the future.
Just like how the fireworks were released at the end of the concert, the bright and fancy lights could suggest momentary success and fame. Many always wonder how high BTS will continue to rise and honestly, no one knows for sure.
However, one thing that many could vouch for is the fact that they are true to themselves and they know how to listen and relate their stories as a normal human being just like anyone else.
