It can be so severe that not even three shots of espresso is enough to fully cure it. But through K-Variety Round Up, we hope to provide the perfect serotonin boost needed to combat the start of the week!

Through this series, we focus on small happenings from various Korean variety shows that you might have missed over the past week/weekend. These clips might appear across social media feeds, but it can be difficult to watch everything, on top of tending to our busy schedules.

DaHyun is widely known for her variety wit, sparking bouts of joy and laughter on every program she appears on. She displays this in her appearance on tvN's "Amazing Saturday". The idol performs her iconic comedic dance of Lee JungHyun's 'Wa'. Her vibrant energy is infectious, causing everyone to happily dance along with her. Not even audiences at home are immune to DaHyun's overpowering, feel good vibes.

The joy-inducing clips from tvN's "Earth Arcade 2" are absolutely endless. On this week's episode, in one segment we see the cast desperately attempting to guess the names of various K-Dramas in order to eat a delicious plate of pork rib.

While they failed as a group, the cast were given a chance to win the delicacy via a solo round. Lee YoungJi ended up winning, but seeing IVE An YuJin's sullen expression, the rapper decided to kindly pass on her winnings to the idol. Funnily, the two made it seem like a prestigious ceremony with YoungJi presenting a daesang level award. Naturally, YuJin played along, making this moment utterly hilarious to all watching.

3. SHINee's New Title Song Practice

Now, what better way to start off the week than to see a legendary K-Pop group display their immaculate skills. Making an appearance on MBC's "The Manager", SHINee's TaeMin takes audiences into the practice room with the rest of his members.

There, viewers get to see SHINee in action, as they display their dancing prowess for their upcoming title song, 'HARD'. Their years of experience is obvious as even their practice session looks to be the level of a stage performance.

4. Kang Daniel's Cooking Show

MC, breakdancer, and now chef. "Mr. House Husband 2" shows that Daniel is a master at everything. On the show, he visits famous choreographer and his precious hyung, We Dem Boyz' Vata. There, the idol ends up cooking a delicious meal for the two, showing his culinary skills.

From visuals and even taste, the meal is perfect in all aspects. Daniel is certainly husband material and watching him cook will serve as the perfect energy boost to fight off the Monday blues.

5. Baby EunWoo Meets His Little Brother

Part of a child's charm is their untainted innocence and smile-inducing laughter. One look can make you feel like you're floating on a cloud. And that feeling is multiplied when there's two or more involved.

On KBS' "The Return Of Superman" we see fencer Kim JunHo's son, Kim EunWoo, finally meet his younger brother. At first, EunWoo showed some understandable jealousy. However, when he finally came face to face with his younger sibling EunDong, he only showed love and affection. Watching EunWoo stroke his little brother's hair will make your heart melt. With the loudest "aww" escaping your lips, you'll definitely want to watch this scene of brotherly love over and over again.
