        Moment Of Movement: BTS 'ON' - Raising The Bar For Any K-Pop Choreography

        Do you like dancing or are you interested in watching dance choreography? If you are, you are definitely in the right place as today we will be looking deeper into choreography of K-Pop idol groups.

        After weeks of analyzing and looking at various choreography and performance, Kpopmap is more than excited to touch on this amazing piece of choreography by BTS. It is their latest title track 'ON' and their outstanding dance skills has had our editor gasping non-stop.

        Some fans might have already heard of it already but we would once again like to highlight that choreographer, Sienna Lalau from THE LAB had once again participated in the choreography making following her participation for 'Dionysus'.

        There are many wonderful factors to look out for in 'ON' but we would like to touch on the aspects such as using levels, angles, shapes as well as relating the dance with who BTS is as a group. For many of their songs, they made sure that they used up the entire space available on stage with different formation, group settings and intricate transitions.

        The opening of the dance showed how the dancers were all standing in a neat formation and hitting the air with drum sticks before they branched out diagonally, welcoming member JiMin to the spotlight.

        This is rather an interesting use of the space they had as it is not common for many K-Pop groups to begin the song with a diagonal formation.

        Moving on, during J-Hope's part with Suga and V, the three made an unit with the latter two dancing. However, as it transits to Suga's part, the three of them had matched the beat with the background music using a sequence, showing how detailed the choreography is.

        Reaching to the bridge of the song, only fans might notice this but we could see that when all 7 of them were standing behind each other, Jin was the first in line.

        As the member faded out one by one, it is interesting to notice how they were moving out based on their age. Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, JiMin, V and finally JungKook.

        Some fans had amusingly suggested that there is a chance where they had lined up like this because of how they wanted to 'protect each other from the bullets'. Each of the members wanted to shield for one another and being the oldest, Jin was standing first in line and so on.

        After which, JungKook was walking with his own unique charm and swag, bringing the entire atmosphere to another level.

        Of course, we also did not forget to touch on the dance break that all of them had nailed it.

        At the end, the 7 of them made sure that they have the spurge of energy to give it all out by dancing powerfully before ending the choreography.

        Their backs were facing the viewers and as they looked up, the dancers also dropped their drum sticks at the same time.

        This comeback has a lot of special and specific meanings for BTS and their fans and it is no doubt that they had once again proved to their name with such outstanding choreography.

        The difficulty for this track is definitely hard to pull off even for the 7 of them but looking at how they are always supportive and there for each other, they are indeed BTS, one of the legendary icons of K-Pop.
