"Thirty, Nine" tells the story of 3 women in their late thirties who, despite the presumptions their age may evoke, do not have their lives as conventionally sorted as society would expect of them. It is a healing drama, exploring the love and laughter, tears, and tragedies of ordinary women at a critical point in their lives. The central characters of the story are Cha MiJo (played by Son YeJin), Jeong ChanYoung (played by Jeon MiDo), and Jang JooHee (played by Kim JiHyun).

While all three actresses have excellent fashion sense in real life, their characters come with their own unique styling and aesthetic.

Cha MiJo

Cha MiJo is a successful dermatologist with a simple yet elegant sense of style. She usually chooses comfortable yet high-end clothing that doesn't overpower her appearance but rather complements it with flair.

MiJo's colour palette consists of neutral to cool-toned colours, which perfectly complements her bright complexion. There seems to be an abundance of whites in her wardrobe as well.

Jeong ChanYoung

ChanYoung is an acting teacher with an edgy and chic style that gives her the perfect "girl crush" look we go weak in the knees for. Her short hair frames her lovely facial structure effortlessly and the colour brings out her warm autumn undertones.

A varied collection of classic trousers dominate ChanYoung's wardrobe, which she pairs with some delicate knits and tops. Her leisure fit however, is something that is deeply relatable: hoodies and joggers!

Jang JooHee

JooHee is a department manager at a cosmetics store and her naive and adorable character is reflected in her fashion. Her wardrobe seems to be filled with classic, romantic, and rather modest pieces and she explores a whole range of colours within them, all of which suit her wonderfully.
