The start of another week can sometimes bring a new wave of the dreaded Monday blues. This phenomenon can make the start of the week incredibly difficult and hard to power through. However, through K-Variety Experience, we hope to provide the perfect serotonin boost to tackle all the obstacles that this week has in store.

We focus on various scenes from Korean variety shows that you may have missed over the past week/weekend. These clips might appear across social media feeds, but it can be difficult to watch absolutely everything, while tending to our busy schedules.

1. Fan Moment Between Baby NaEun And TVXQ's ChangMin

Children have the ability to swoon everyone and anyone — including legendary K-Pop stars. Here, we see large hearts pop out of ChangMin's eyes the moment little NaEun walks into the studio. It becomes a total fan moment as he gushes over her and everything she does.

When she breaks out into dance, it's as if it becomes a private fanmeeting with ChangMin brightly cheering for NaEun as she executes her cute and reenergizing dance moves. To sway the heart of such a legendary idol is a skill in itself and something not everyone is able to do.

2. Passionate Karaoke Session

What better way to lift up the mood than a karaoke session after a busy day at work. However, that seems near impossible when the day is just getting started. Luckily, MBC's "I Live Alone" allows us to live vicariously through the various stars who appear on the program.

This past week, they delve into the life of announcer Kim DaeHo. He spends some time having a fun and exciting karaoke session. You can just feel the passion overflowing from head to toe. He represents a variety of karaoke goers, from the skilled singers to those who go just for fun. Watching him will bring your mood up instantly and you will easily find yourself smiling from ear to ear.

It can be a nerve-wracking moment whenever you meet an industry senior or someone you look up to. This can be seen and most definitely felt through WEi's Yoo YongHa on "MONSTOP". After greeting MONSTA X's ShowNu and HyungWon, he hurries over to the other side. YongHa quickly claims the seat farthest from the center, pushing fellow groupmate WEi's Kim YoHan towards the seat closest to the hosts. It's a cute interaction that will provide the perfect serotonin boost to start off the week right.

4. Dance Party On SBS' "Running Man"

While it's hilarious to watch our favorite celebrities appear on variety shows, sometime the people behind the camera take the spotlight and showcase their star quality. This is certainly the case for SBS' iconic variety show, "Running Man". The moment a NewJeans song starts to play, the cast calls one of the PDs to provide another passionate dance performance. As he dances along to 'Super Shy', he nails every move to perfection. And although he looks shy and timid, you can feel his enthusiasm and energy through the screen.

5. Refreshing Co-Worker Synergy

(G)I-DLE's ShuHua has been incredibly entertaining on web variety series, "Work-dol". This week is no different as she becomes a part-timer for an editorial fashion shop. Throughout the episode, she shows incredible synergy with her co-worker with the two creating an infectious high tension atmosphere. They match each other's energy completely and their interactions are reason enough to watch the episode from start to finish.
