Park ChangHo and Go MiHo are high school sweet hearts who have been together for years and through every phase. Park ChangHo struggled as a lawyer, but MiHo still stayed by his side.

When he was framed as 'Big Mouse' and sent to jail, she promised to free him. MiHo suffered immensely at work too but didn't complain.

Whilst their story delighted us and their adorable moments made us feel all giddy, our hearts broke for them too.

MiHo was diagnosed with cancer. In the last episode, ChangHo took her to the hospital. The two conversed and shared "I love you"s when MiHo said that she felt sleepy. Soon after she closed her eyes, the line on the heart monitor went flat, declaring her death.

Fans were absolutely devastated about her ending. Their storyline kept fans rooted to the show. Some debated that the death was not necessary, whilst some believe that her death gave ChangHo's character another push.

        2. Na HeeDo And Baek YiJin From "Twenty-Five Twenty-One"

"Twenty-Five Twenty-One" tells the story of Na HeeDo (Kim TaeRi), who is a fencing athlete and has been unable to secure any medals for quite some time. During the financial crisis in South Korea, her fencing club dissolves but she was not ready to give up on fencing.

In the same way, Na HeeDo was an ambitious fencer but her mother did not support her dreams. She, too, was busy making a living for herself and her daughter and she could not give her enough time. This created distance between them and Na HeeDo is left lonely. She does not even have any close friends except the one she talked about over the computer.

With YiJin's arrival, she received the attention and support she needed. We even see how her performance excels and she becomes one of the greatest fencers.

But as time proceeds and the two are further burdened with stress from work, they are unable to provide the same amount of support. Especially after YiJin is sent to New York in order to cover the story of 9/11. The grief of the incident really got to him and he was too emotionally exhausted to give HeeDo the same affection.
