UP10TION's Kim WooSeok is an idol that many K-Pop fans have their eye on. His outstanding stage performances, alluring vocals, and standout visuals make it difficult to look away from the screen. He's not just filled with fierce charisma, but an adorable demeanor that steals every fans' hearts. He can definitely be considered as an all-rounder in the K-Pop industry.
After weeks of teasers and concept photos, Kim WooSeok made his comeback with his 4th mini album, "Blank Page". With it comes 6 songs, including his newest title track 'Dawn'. Like any new title track, 'Dawn' is accompanied by its very own music video. The MV is phenomenal, acting as a visual treat from start to finish.

Now, while the entire video was great, here are a few key points that we absolutely loved.
1. Intro Choreography
The director and choreographer really knew what they were doing because the intro is simply mesmerizing. We love the way Kim WooSeok rises into the frame and then quickly dips low enough to be barely visible. It gives the feeling that he's a magician levitating inches off the ground. All things considered, Kim WooSeok could add magician to his repertoire to how magical he is in this music video.
2. Kim WooSeok And The YoYo
As we enter the bridge and slowly reach the climax, Kim WooSeok is transported into a dark abyss. He is closely followed by an enlarged yoyo, until he is eventually caught by the string. It's a short scene, but delivers a powerful impact that we cannot get out of our head. The editing and cinematic cuts are done extremely well and make you want to hit the replay button over and over again.
3. Consistent Theme
If there's one thing to appreciate about the MV for Kim WooSeok's 'Dawn' is its consistency. The consist use of a yoyo, books, and being stuck in a parallel world outside of our own. The music video fits perfectly with the title of the mini album, "Blank Page", bringing viewers through a enchanting storyline. Watching 'Dawn' is like finding a captivating novel at the bookstore that you refuse to put down.

With its cinematography combined with an idol like Kim WooSeok, 'Dawn' is a visual masterpiece. It seems so ethereal and dreamlike that it almost feels like you're in a trance. It's reminiscent to the whimsical feel of "Alice in Wonderland" with all the twists and turns that appear in the music video. From beginning to end, it's a treat for your eyes and you will be overjoyed to have watched it.
