SF9's main dancer TaeYang is back with a new stunning dance cover video!

On June 11, TaeYang released the dance cover of 'BURNITUP!' of Janet Jackson (Feat. Missy Elliot). The choreography is made by famous director & choreographer from Copenhagen Tobias Ellehammer who worked with Kang Daniel, SUPER JUNIOR, BTS's JungKook, and more.

The dance cover video was filmed back in April to May 2019 in the U.S. cities: Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and also in Korea in Seoul. It was filmed during the group 2019 USA·EUROPE LIVE TOUR [UNLIMITED] tour. Some scenes also are from MV 'RPM'.

If you have yet to check it, make you check the video below.

TaeYang talked to FANTASY about this new dance cover that was filmed one year ago on V-Live. He explained that this cover was meaningful and difficult.

Last year in April, SF9 was a few days in the U.S. for their tour with concerts on the 19, 21, 24, and 26. How did TaeYang manage to find time to film all this?

He explained that he filmed whenever he had time despite a busy schedule. TaeYang shared that on the day of the concert he would go early in the morning at around 6 am to film for two hours and then go to rehearsal at 9 am.

TaeYang continued to explain that the video was released a bit later than expected because he had to talk with the people that created the video he covered. There were a lot of people and they are located out of Korea so they had to overcome the language barrier and the delay in answers (note: most probably due to time difference). He continued by explaining that he became friends with Tobias and that he would like to have more projects with him.

He elaborated that talking and preparing music and dance with people from overseas was not easy because he needed to use his foreign language skills which he considered he is not too good at. Thanks to this experience, he said he increased his English skills.

TaeYang also mentioned that he wished this video would cheer on a lot of people around the world as it is a difficult time. He would like to give strength to many including the medical staff.

You can re-watch the video below.

FANTASY is one more time impressed by TaeYang's talent and hard work. It seems like TaeYang also learned a lot through this experience.

Are you also impressed by TaeYang?
