The tvN drama follows Queen Im HwaRyeong (played by Kim HyeSoo) and her troublemaker sons who many deem unfit to be called royalty. Where Kim HyeSoo goes, a hit is sure to follow. She is a powerhouse veteran with dramas like "Juvenile Justice", "Hyena", and "Signal" under her belt. Like in her previous roles, Kim HyeSoo has an outstanding presence as Queen HwaRyeong. Whether it's through the delivery of her lines, facial expressions, or bodily gestures, an overflowing aura can be felt through her acting. She certainly has the skills to back up her impressive resume, and "Under The Queen's Umbrella" is another opportunity to show just that.

        2. Scenes Of Brotherly Love

While the story revolves around Queen HwaRyeong, we cannot forget about her sons, the Crown Prince and the younger grand princes. The Queen's sons are played by Bae InHyuk, Moon SangMin, Yoo SeonHo, Yoon SangHyeon, and Park HaJoon. Through the drama, we learn of the immense pressure that comes with being a child of the queen. But the brothers are able to withstand this through each other's company.

Their bond is heartwarming and sincere. So much so that even when one gets in trouble, they remain loyal to each and become a, literal, source of warmth.

        3. A Mother's Duality

There have been numerous dramas with the trope of a strict, overbearing parent who pushes their children to success. Queen HwaRyeong displays hints of this, however, adds a much needed balance to ensure her children are loved and cared for. You can certainly feel the pressure of being queen, while there are also obvious signs of a mother's tenderness. You can't help but feel the warmth of a mother's love through Queen HwaRyeong.

        4. A Fight For The Throne
