GreatGuys Announces Their 5th Mini Album "RECORD OF YOUTH EP. 1: DESTINY" And Unveils Title Track 'Luv Luv Luv'

GreatGuys has announced the release of their fifth mini album titled "RECORD OF YOUTH EP. 1: DESTINY." This new album marks the beginning of a series that focuses on the time they have spent with their fans since their debut and the new memories they will create in the future. Following their fourth mini album, "WE'RE NOT ALONE FINAL: ONLY YOU," which was released in July 2022 and promoted in both Korea and Japan, GreatGuys is now gearing up for their latest release. Fans can now pre-order "RECORD OF YOUTH," with the official release scheduled for June 18, 2023, at noon KST (June 17, 2023; 11 PM EST).

The title track of "RECORD OF YOUTH," titled 'luv luv luv', falls under the synthwave music genre and showcases a cool and refreshing sound with addictive vocal sampling. Written and composed by GreatGuys member DongIn in collaboration with NUVO, the song features a cheerful melody, heartfelt emotions, and witty lyrics and vocals.

The album also includes the B-side track 'only U', which was also written and composed by DongIn in collaboration with HOZE. This song incorporates familiar sounds with acoustic pianos and guitars, further enhanced by a simple yet addictive synthesizer theme. 'only U' is a fan song that carries a simple and soft melody along with a message of love and gratitude to the GreatGuys' fandom, called "Grace."

"RECORD OF YOUTH" offers three versions of each song, 'luv luv luv' and 'only U' - Korean, Japanese, and instrumental - resulting in a total of six tracks. Additionally, member HanEul choreographed the dance for 'luv luv luv', which will be featured in the accompanying music video set to release alongside the album.

Fans can now pre-order "RECORD OF YOUTH EP. 1: DESTINY" from various retailers, including WITHMUU, which is offering a Fan Sign and Video Call Event, as well as Aladdin, KTOWN4U, and Yes24, among others.
